Is there a REST API?

FAQ – Technical
Yes. Since version 3.1.0 the plugin has a REST API for connecting apps, POS systems, Zapier, Make and your own tools. Switch it on at Points & Rewards › API, Webhooks & AI › REST API. It is off by default.
With the API you can read customers’ balances, history, levels, rewards, vouchers, referral stats and store-wide reports. You can also give or take points, set balances, ban customers and claim rewards. Requests sign in with an API key (read, write or manage scope, with an optional expiry date) or a WordPress application password.
The same page also has webhooks (Pro), which send a signed notification to another service when something happens, and AI & MCP, which lets AI apps such as Claude and ChatGPT work with your program.
For code inside WordPress, such as a custom plugin or theme, you can still use the plugin’s PHP functions and hooks directly.
