Yes. Go to Points & Rewards › Migration and select the plugin you are moving from. Supported sources are Points and Rewards for WooCommerce (WP Swings), WooCommerce Points and Rewards, WPLoyalty, MyRewards and YITH WooCommerce Points and Rewards.

The tool reads the other plugin’s data directly rather than importing a file, so the source plugin must still be installed and active – the Migration menu item only appears when a supported plugin is detected. There is no CSV import option.
