Connect other software with the API, webhooks and AI

The API, Webhooks & AI page lets other software work with your points and rewards program. Go to Points & Rewards › API, Webhooks & AI. It offers three connection types: the REST API, webhooks (Pro) and AI & MCP. Each one is off by default and is switched on separately.
Choose a connection type

The four tabs on the page
- Overview: a card for each connection type with its status, and an “At a glance” table that compares them.
- REST API: switch the API on, copy the base URL, choose which endpoints are available and create API keys.
- Webhooks: add delivery URLs and choose which events to send. This tab needs Pro.
- AI & MCP: switch on AI abilities, check what your site needs for MCP, and choose what AI apps can do.
A green dot next to a tab name means that connection is on.
How the connection types depend on each other
- Webhooks need the REST API switched on. While the API is off, no webhooks are sent, and events from that time are not sent later.
- AI & MCP does not need the REST API. AI abilities work whether the API is on or off.
- The settings on this page are not included in the plugin’s settings export file, so they do not move to another site with your other settings.
What is free and what needs Pro
- Free: the REST API, API keys, AI abilities and the MCP server.
- Pro: webhooks, the guest points and pending points endpoints, and the AI abilities for guest and pending points.
