Granting & Managing Spins (Pro)

Updated September 11, 2026

Once the Prize Wheel is enabled, a Wheel Spins panel appears on each customer’s detail page at Points & Rewards › Customer Points, opened with the view button. It shows their spin position, lets you grant bonus spins, and lists their spin history. The panel is hidden entirely when the wheel is switched off.

What the panel shows

  • Available Spins – bonus spins in hand, plus their free spin if the cooldown has passed.
  • Total Spins – how many times this customer has ever spun.

Granting bonus spins

Enter a number and click Give Spins. The spins are added to whatever the customer already holds rather than replacing it, so granting is always safe to repeat.

Bonus spins ignore the cooldown. A customer given spins can use them straight away, and each one is consumed before their free spin is touched — so granting two spins to someone who has already spun today gives them two spins now and their normal free spin tomorrow.

Every grant is recorded in the spin log with your name against it, so it is clear afterwards who gave what.

The spin activity table

Beneath the stats is a paginated table of this customer’s spin activity, ten rows at a time. Each row is one of two kinds:

  • Spin – a spin they used, showing −1 and what they won.
  • Bonus Earned – spins added to their account, showing the number gained and where it came from: an order, a level up, a purchase with points, or an admin grant.

Where else spins come from

Besides admin grants, customers gain spins from orders, from reaching a new level, and by buying them with points if you have enabled that. All of these land in the same bonus spin balance and appear in the same table. See Spin Wheel / Prize Wheel (Pro) for configuring them.

The site-wide spins log

For activity across all customers rather than one, use Points & Rewards › Spins Activity Log.
