Can I import points from another plugin?
Simple Points and RewardsUpdated October 26, 2026
Yes, in two ways.
- From another WooCommerce points plugin: the migration tool reads the other plugin’s data directly, so it must still be active. Supported plugins are Points and Rewards for WooCommerce (WP Swings), WooCommerce Points and Rewards, WPLoyalty, MyRewards and YITH WooCommerce Points and Rewards. See Migrating from Another Plugin.
- From a CSV file: export your customers from any loyalty platform, such as LoyaltyLion or Smile.io, and import the file under Points & Rewards › Tools › Import Points from CSV. See Import points from a CSV file.
