Admin Management Tools

The plugin’s admin pages are all under the Points & Rewards menu. This page gives an overview of each one.

Dashboard

Points & Rewards › Dashboard shows how your program is doing: points earned and redeemed, active and new members, recent activity, top customers, a setup checklist and quick links. See The Points & Rewards Dashboard.

Customer Points

Points & Rewards › Customer Points lists customers with their balance, lifetime earned points and level. From here you can:

Search for a customer by name or email.
Open a customer to see their full points history and change their points.
Add or remove points with a reason that appears in their history.
Add or remove points for all customers, or every customer with a role, with Add or Remove Points.
Set a customer’s status to Banned to exclude them from the program.
Export every customer’s balance as a CSV file.

Points Activity Log

Points & Rewards › Points Activity Log records every points change for every customer, with the customer, type (add or remove), points, action, date and order. Use it to check that earning rules worked, investigate a customer’s balance or audit unusual activity. It can be filtered and exported to CSV.

Referral Link Clicks

Points & Rewards › Referral Link Clicks lists clicks on customers’ referral links, with the referrer, the visitor’s email if known, the date and whether the click led to an order.

Tools

Points & Rewards › Tools brings together importing points from a CSV file, migrating from another plugin, exports, settings backups, bulk points changes, awarding points for past orders and repairing lifetime points. See Tools: imports, exports, bulk changes and repairs.

Migration

The migration tool copies points from another WooCommerce points plugin. It reads the other plugin’s data directly, so that plugin must still be active. To import from a file instead, such as an export from LoyaltyLion or Smile.io, use Import points from a CSV file. See Migrating from Another Plugin.

Reports & Analytics

Points & Rewards › Reports & Analytics shows points earned and redeemed over a period, the redemption rate, points liability and a breakdown by earning method. See Reports & Analytics.
