Admin Management Tools

Updated September 11, 2026

The plugin provides several admin tools for managing your loyalty programme from the WordPress backend.

Customer Points

Points & Rewards › Customer Points shows a table of all customers with their current balance, lifetime earned points, and level. From here you can:

  • Search for a specific customer by name or email.
  • Click a customer to view their full points history and make manual adjustments.
  • Add or remove a custom number of points with a reason label that appears in their history.
  • Set a customer’s account status to “Banned” to exclude them from the programme.

Points Activity Log

Points & Rewards › Points Activity Log is a full audit trail of every points transaction across all customers. Each row shows:

  • Customer name and email
  • Transaction type (add/remove)
  • Points amount
  • Action label and ID
  • Date and time
  • Associated order (if applicable)

The log is useful for investigating discrepancies, auditing suspicious activity, or confirming that earning rules fired correctly.

Referral Clicks

Points & Rewards › Referral Clicks shows a log of all referral link clicks, including the referrer, the visitor’s email (if known), the click date, and whether the click resulted in a conversion (purchase).

Migration

Points & Rewards › Migration imports customer points from another loyalty plugin. There is no CSV importer – the tool reads the source plugin’s own data directly, so that plugin must still be installed and active when you run it. The menu item only appears when one of the supported plugins is detected.

Choose a source plugin, then choose a Migration type:

  • Override current points with source points – sets each balance to the source value.
  • Add source points to current points – adds the source value on top of any existing balance.

Under Data to migrate you can tick which fields to bring across: current points balance, total points earned (lifetime), birthday date, referral code/coupon, and active or banned status. Not every source plugin stores every field, so some options are hidden or ignored depending on the plugin you select.

Customers are processed in batches and each one is reported in the migration log on the page. During migration the points-earned email is suppressed, so customers are not emailed about imported balances.

Reports & Analytics

The admin dashboard area provides summary statistics for your loyalty programme including total points issued, total points redeemed, number of active members, most popular rewards, and referral programme performance.
