Discount larger credit purchases (PRO)
Updated September 14, 2026
Credit discounts reward customers who top up in larger amounts: they pay less but still receive the full credit value. Set the tiers under Store Credit › Settings › Credit Discounts. This is a PRO feature, and because the discount applies when credit is bought, it needs Allow customers to purchase store credit switched on first.
Build the tiers
Turn on Offer a discount when customers buy more credit, then add a row for each tier. Every tier has three parts:
- Spend at least – the amount of credit that unlocks the tier.
- Discount type – a percentage or a fixed amount off the price.
- Discount – the value of the saving.
Tiers are applied automatically and a customer always receives the best one their amount qualifies for, so the order you enter them in does not matter. Percentage discounts are capped at 100%.
How it looks to the customer
The buy-credit form shows the saving live as the customer changes the amount, under the wording you set in Promo heading. That nudge towards the next tier is most of the point of the feature, so it is worth writing something concrete like “Buy more, save more”.
The customer receives the full credit value regardless of the discount – the saving comes off what they pay, not off what they get.
Discounts on fixed voucher amounts
If you sell vouchers at fixed denominations, each row on the Vouchers tab also has its own optional Sale price. Leave it blank to charge the full voucher value, or set a lower figure to discount that specific denomination. This per-amount pricing is a PRO feature too.
