The plugin provides built-in reporting to help you understand the health and performance of your loyalty programme. Reports are available under Points & Rewards → Reports, with an at-a-glance snapshot shown across the admin pages.
Admin Snapshot #
A summary header is displayed across the Points & Rewards admin pages showing key metrics at a glance:
- Total Points Earned – All points ever awarded across all customers.
- Total Points Redeemed – All points ever spent on rewards or checkout discounts.
- Net Points Balance – The outstanding points liability (earned minus redeemed).
- Customers with Points – How many customers currently hold a balance.
- Active Customers – Customers active in the last 30 days.
Reports Page #
The dedicated Reports page provides deeper analysis with date-range filtering. Choose a start and end date to analyse a specific period. The report shows:
- Totals – Points earned, points redeemed, and activity count for the selected period.
- Customer Count – Number of customers active in the period.
- Top Earners – Customers who earned the most points in the period.
- Top Spenders – Customers who redeemed the most points in the period.
Using Reports Effectively #
- Compare month-over-month to spot trends in engagement.
- Watch the net points liability so you understand your outstanding obligation.
- Identify and reward your top earners with exclusive offers.
- Use redemption data to see whether your rewards are attractive enough – low redemption may mean rewards are too expensive or not compelling.
Activity Log #
For transaction-level detail, use the Punkte Aktivitätsprotokoll (see “Admin Management Tools”), which records every individual earn and redeem event with timestamps and associated orders.
