The Rewards dashboard (shown on My Account → Rewards) is organised into tabs. You can reorder, rename, and hide these tabs, and control dark mode behaviour, under Points & Rewards → Settings → Dashboard Customisation.
Dashboard Tabs #
The dashboard is divided into the following tabs, each of which can be customised:
- Earn Points – The “Ways to Earn” list showing all active earning methods.
- Claim Rewards – The gallery of claimable reward vouchers and products.
- Ebenen – The level/tier progression display (only relevant when Levels are enabled).
- Geschichte – The customer’s points transaction timeline.
- My Vouchers – The customer’s claimed (redeemed) vouchers.
Reordering Tabs #
Drag the tabs into your preferred order. The order you set here is the order customers see on their dashboard.
Renaming Tabs #
Each tab has a customisable label. For example, you could rename “Claim Rewards” to “Spend Your Points” or “My Vouchers” to “My Coupons” to match your brand voice.
Hiding Tabs #
Toggle any tab off to hide it from the dashboard. For example, if you don’t use the Levels system, you can hide the Levels tab.
Dunkler Modus #
The dashboard supports a dark mode theme. Configure its behaviour:
- Enable Dark Mode Toggle – Show a light/dark toggle switch so customers can choose their preference.
- Default to Dark Mode – Make dark mode the default appearance for all customers.
- Dark Mode Header Only – Apply dark styling to the dashboard header only, keeping card content light.
- Hide Toggle When Default – Hide the toggle switch when a default mode is forced, so customers cannot change it.
Theme Colours #
The dashboard’s gradient and accent colours are configured separately under the General settings tab (Primary, Secondary, and Accent colours). See “General Settings & Branding” for details.
