Granting & Managing Spins (Pro)

In addition to the daily free spins offered by the Spin Wheel, the Pro version lets admins grant bonus spins to individual customers and lets customers purchase extra spins with their points. This page covers managing spins from the admin side.

Granting Bonus Spins #

Admins can grant bonus spins to a specific customer – useful for customer service gestures, promotions, or compensation. From the customer’s detail page in Points & Rewards → Customer Points, you can grant a number of bonus spins that the customer can use on the Spin Wheel.

Buying Spins with Points #

If enabled, customers can spend their points balance to purchase additional spins beyond their daily allowance. This creates an additional points sink and adds excitement. The cost per spin is configured in the Spin Wheel settings.

Spins Log #

All spin activity is recorded in the Spins Log admin page, which shows:

• The customer who spun
• The date and time of the spin
• The prize/result and points awarded

The Spins Log supports bulk actions for managing entries.
