PRO features are greyed out or missing

PRO features only work when the Better Coupon Restrictions (PRO) plugin is active and its licence is activated. If PRO sections are greyed out, or a PRO screen is missing, work through the checks below.
PRO sections are greyed out on the coupon screen
The sections under Pro Version Options are shown faded with an Upgrade link when PRO code is not available.
- Go to Plugins and check that Better Coupon Restrictions (PRO) is active. The free and PRO plugins share the same data; only one needs to be active.
- If you were asked for a licence key when activating PRO, enter the key from your purchase email to activate it.
- Check the licence is still active from the Account link at the top of the Better Coupon Restrictions tab.
The Better Coupon Restrictions settings tab is missing
The WooCommerce › Settings › Better Coupon Restrictions tab is a PRO feature. It appears once PRO is active and licensed.
Coupon Rejections is not in the WooCommerce menu
The Coupon Rejections page, the Rejections (30d) column and the Recent Coupon Rejections box only appear while Rejection Analytics is ticked in the settings. It is off by default. See Track coupon rejections with analytics (PRO).
PRO rules I set are not being applied
Restrictions saved while PRO was active stay on the coupon if the licence lapses, and editing the coupon in the free version leaves them untouched. They are simply not checked while PRO code is unavailable, and start working again once the licence is reactivated.
