Apply restrictions to all coupons with global settings (PRO)

The PRO global settings apply restrictions to every coupon on the store at once. Go to WooCommerce › Settings › Better Coupon Restrictions to set them. This tab only appears when PRO is active and licensed.
The global settings
- New Customers Only: every coupon is limited to customers with no previous paid orders.
- Customer Logged In Status: Any, Logged In or Not Logged In for every coupon.
- Individual Use Only: turns on WooCommerce’s Individual use only for every coupon, so codes cannot be combined.
- Exclude Sale Items: turns on WooCommerce’s Exclude sale items for every coupon.
- Allowed Referring Domains and Disallowed Referring Domains: one domain per line.
- Allowed IPs and Disallowed IPs: one address per line.
- Rejection Analytics, under Analytics: see Track coupon rejections with analytics (PRO).
Click Save changes after editing.
How global settings affect each coupon
New Customers Only, Customer Logged In Status, Individual Use Only and Exclude Sale Items override the coupon’s own value. On the coupon edit screen the matching fields are shown locked, with a tooltip saying the value is set in the global restriction settings. The coupon’s own saved value is kept and comes back if the global setting is turned off.
The domain and IP lists are combined with each coupon’s lists rather than replacing them. An entry in a global disallow list removes the same entry from a coupon’s allow list, and the reverse.
Exempt a single coupon
Tick Ignore Global Restrictions in the Global Restrictions section at the top of a coupon’s Better Coupon Restrictions tab. That coupon then ignores every global setting and only its own restrictions apply. The locked fields unlock so you can set the coupon’s own values.
This is useful for staff codes, or a code you want to allow alongside others while Individual Use Only is on globally.
