The Orders tab and order activity

The Orders tab lists the customer’s orders in full, newest first, along with a count of how many orders sit in each status and the most recent order notes across those orders.
Status breakdown
Directly under the orders table is a row of status badges, one for each status present in the report, with the number of orders in it. This is a quick way to spot a customer with a run of failed or cancelled orders.
Orders table
Ten orders are shown per page, with Previous and Next links underneath. Each row has:
- Order ID – linked to the order edit screen.
- Date and Time the order was placed.
- Status.
- Origin – where the order came from, using WooCommerce order attribution. Orders with nothing recorded show a dash.
- Subtotal, Total, Discount, Shipping and Tax.
Subtotal, discount and shipping are all shown gross, meaning they include their share of tax, so the columns add up against the order total.
Recent order activity
Beneath the orders table is a Recent Order Activity panel listing the ten most recent order notes across the customer’s orders, with the order ID, date and note text. Order notes are what WooCommerce and your payment gateway write against an order, so this is where you see status changes, payment failures and gateway messages.
Select View more order activity to open a dedicated screen listing every order note for that customer, twenty per page, with its own search box and date filters. The date range from the report carries across to that screen.
Exporting
With the Pro version, the Export All buttons on this tab download the full order list and the full order note list as CSV files. Both respect the report’s current date range and status filter, and both work for guest customers as well as registered ones.
In the free version these buttons are visible but disabled and labelled Export (PRO).
