What the headline report figures mean A definition of each of the nine summary figures shown at the top of every customer report, and how each one is calculated. The Insights tab The Insights tab summarises a customer at a glance: revenue breakdown, discount behaviour, refund risk and a 12-month spend chart. The Orders tab and order activity A paginated list of every order the customer has placed, a status breakdown, and the most recent order notes for those orders. The Products tab What a customer buys: products purchased, the categories they buy from, products bought together, and cross-sell suggestions. The Payments and Shipping tabs How a customer pays and where their orders go, including every payment method, shipping address and shipping method they have used. The Coupons tab Every coupon a customer has redeemed, how often they used each one, and how much discount each coupon gave them. The Attribution tab See how a customer was first acquired, what brings them back, and which sources, campaigns and devices their orders come through. Run a store-wide report for all customers Leave the customer field empty to run the same report across every customer at once, and understand what changes when you do.
