Manage files on the TTS Files page

The TTS Files page lists every post that has an audio file, plus files created on the Generator page, so you can manage them in one place. Go to AI Text-to-Speech › TTS Files. Only administrators can see it.
What the table shows

| Post | Post title and ID, or “Admin Generated” for Generator page files. Hover for Edit, View, Download and Delete links. |

| Storage | local, dropbox, wp_media (chosen from the Media Library) or external. |
| Size | File size for files on your server. Shows “-” for Dropbox and external files. |
| Generated | When the file was created. |
| Voice Model, Voice, Voice Style | Taken from the API request logs, which keep the last 50 requests. Older files show these as blank. |
Posts of any type and any status are included, so drafts and private posts with audio appear too. The table shows 10 files per page and can be sorted by Post, Size or Generated.
Search for a file
Use Search Posts to find files by post title or content. Generator page files match if your search appears in their file URL, or if you search for “Admin Generated”.
Delete files
- For one file, hover over the row and click Delete, then confirm.
- For several, tick the checkboxes, choose Delete from Bulk actions and click Apply.
Deleting works the same way as the Delete File button in the post editor. The file is removed from your server or Dropbox, the player disappears from the post. Files attached from the Media Library are permanently deleted from the Media Library. For external URLs, only the link to the post is removed. This can’t be undone.
Things to know
- Only the current file for each post is listed. Older versions left behind after using Generate New aren’t shown, but they’re still in
/wp-content/uploads/ai-text-to-speech/until you remove them by FTP or your host’s file manager. - Generator page files are capped at the 50 most recent. Older ones are removed automatically.
- If a local file is deleted outside the plugin, the post editor clears the broken link the next time you open that post.
