Choose the tax class used for exempt orders Why the exempt tax class must be zero-rated, and how to set one up if the Zero rate class is missing or charges tax. Choose which fields the exemption form collects Show, hide, rename or require the Name and Reason fields, and see which other fields can be added to the form. Collect a VAT, charity or other registration number Add a registration number field to the exemption form and choose which number types your store accepts. Customise the text and labels customers see Reword the exemption title, checkbox label, descriptions and restriction notes from the Custom Text tab. Configure the tax exemption emails The six notification emails the plugin can send, how to reword them, and the merge tags available in each. Hide the exemption fields or checkbox at checkout Move exemption details out of the checkout flow so customers set them up in My Account, or hide the checkbox entirely.
