Update 1.11.1 – Simple Points and Rewards: Small Improvements

Version 1.11.1 of Simple Points and Rewards is now available!

Reward Icon Customisation

A new Reward Icon option has been added to the Rewards settings, letting you customise the icon displayed alongside each reward.

You can choose from preset emoji icons, enter a custom image URL, or use any custom text or emoji of your choice.

Guest Customer Points: Sync Tool and Manual Entry

Two new tools have been added to the Guest Customer Points admin page for Pro users.

The Sync Points tool allows admins to backfill points for historical guest orders – useful if you’ve just enabled the feature and want to ensure past guest orders are accounted for.

The Add Guest Customer button allows admins to manually create a new guest customer record and grant an initial points balance, giving you full control over guest point management without relying on the automated flow.

Points Rounding Option

A new Points Rounding option has been added to the Points for Spending earn settings.

When a purchase amount doesn’t divide evenly into whole points, you can now choose how fractional points are handled: Round down (the default), Round to nearest, or Round up.

Hide Signup Bonus Once Rewarded

A new “Hide from the ways to earn list once rewarded” option has been added to the Signup Bonus settings.

When enabled, the signup bonus entry is automatically removed from the ways to earn list for customers who have already received it – keeping the dashboard clean and relevant for returning users.

New Social Share Platforms

The social share earn options for the referral system now include Telegram, Discord, and TikTok, in addition to the existing platforms.
