RelyWP: New Website For A New Focus

It has been almost 8 years since RelyWP was launched as a WordPress website development and maintenance company.

The old site had grown alongside the company, but had become quite outdated. It no longer reflected where RelyWP is today, so rather than keep editing it, I started over.

Today I am pleased to finally launch the new relywp.com website that I’ve been working on for a while. It has been rebuilt from scratch with a new design, new layout, and a clearer overview of what RelyWP does.

What is new

  • Improved plugin pages. Every plugin page has been rebuilt with new screenshots, a clearer feature breakdown and straightforward pricing, all under /plugins/.
  • Massively expanded documentation. Complete documentation for every plugin, in a cleaner design with fast search and navigation.
  • A changelog page for every plugin. Automatically updated with every release we publish, so you can easily find and see exactly what changed.
  • A new support widget. A new support widget is displayed on every page, with an incredibly smart AI support assistant that answers from our own documentation and codebase, the latest docs and changelogs built in to quickly explore, and a contact form for when you would rather talk to a person.
  • A rebuilt blog. Articles and plugin release notes are now separated, so update posts have their own feed. We will also be adding lots more content (guides and tips) to our blog moving forward.
  • An affiliate programme. Our affiliate programme is now open across all of our premium plugins, with a simple application form.
  • Faster and lighter. The whole site is built on a modern block theme (OllieWP) with far less weight behind it.

Fewer plugins, done properly

RelyWP became a limited company in 2019, offering WordPress development, hosting, maintenance and support to businesses around the world.

Plugins started as a side project for me (Elliot).

After Coupon Affiliates and Simple Cloudflare Turnstile took off, they slowly became the main thing, and in 2025 RelyWP phased out new client services completely to focus on them.

The goal was never to release as many plugins as possible. It is to build a small number of genuinely reliable WooCommerce plugins that you install once and trust to keep working, release after release.

Every plugin is developed, maintained and supported directly by the person that built it, and that is not going to change as we grow.

Essentially that means a few commitments RelyWP is happy to be held to.

  • Plugins stay actively maintained rather than quietly abandoned.
  • Support ticket answers come from the developer, not an outsourced ticket queue.
  • Every premium plugin comes with a free trial and a money-back guarantee, so nothing depends on you taking our word for it.

What is coming next

Two new plugins are on the way very soon as part of our plan to create a suite of plugins that grow sales and improve customer retention.

  • Store Credit, for wallets, cashback and gift vouchers.
  • Wishlists, with saved items, in-stock alerts and sale notifications.

Both are designed to work alongside the rest of our plugins.

Alongside those, the bulk of our time still goes into Coupon Affiliates and Simple Points and Rewards, with more documentation, more guides and steadier releases across everything else.

Have a look around the new site, and if you spot something broken or have an idea for what you would like to see next, let us know.

Thank you for your support!
