Conditional Rules let you precisely control when points are awarded and how much to award across your earning methods.
Each rule can include multiple conditions and then apply actions like multipliers, fixed adjustments, or even hiding a way to earn.
Supported Conditions:
- Cart: Product (is in cart / is not in cart)
- Cart: Product Category (is in cart / is not in cart)
- Cart: Order Total (above / below a set amount)
- Cart: Coupon Applied (one or more coupon codes)
- Customer (specific user IDs)
- Customer: User Role
- Customer: Total Points (above / below a threshold)
- Customer: Available Points (above / below a threshold)
Actions you can apply when the rule matches:
- Multiplier (e.g 2.0x for double points)
- Min / Max Points (guarantee a minimum or cap a maximum)
- Fixed Points Delta (add or subtract a set amount)
- Hide & Disable a Way to Earn (rule match hides the method and awards zero points)
