Your customers can redeem their hard-earned points for rewards they actually want on their rewards dashboard, directly on checkout, or on the floating widget.
Available types of reward vouchers include:
- Coupon Vouchers:Â Let customers convert points into discount vouchers of specific values (e.g. 500 points = $5 off).
- Free Products: Allow customers to claim a free product from your store once they’ve saved up enough points.
- Free Shipping: Allow customers to get free shipping on their next order.
You can configure an unlimited number of available rewards in the “Rewards” settings tab.
On their dashboard, they will see the available reward vouchers that they can redeem:
