for WooCommerce
Keep bots off your checkout, login and registration forms. Completely free, forever.
Add Google reCAPTCHA to the WooCommerce checkout and to seven forms across your store and WordPress. Paste in two keys, tick the forms you want protected, and card-testing bots and fake signups stop getting through.

Seven forms
Everywhere bots try to get in
WooCommerce
4 forms- Checkout
- Login
- Registration
- Password Reset

WordPress
3 forms- Login
- Registration
- Password Reset
Stop card testing and fake accounts at the door
Bots hit WooCommerce stores for two things: running stolen cards through your checkout, and creating accounts to post spam. A reCAPTCHA challenge on the checkout and registration forms stops both before an order is ever created, so your order list stays clean and your payment gateway stays happy.
Add your keys
Generate a free reCAPTCHA v2 site key and secret in your Google account, then paste them in.
Tick your forms
Pick which of the seven forms it appears on, and choose a light or dark theme.
Customers tick the box
The familiar “I’m not a robot” checkbox appears above the Place order button.
Bots are turned away
A submission that fails the challenge is rejected before the order or account is created.
This works perfectly and helped us block the card testing bots from filling up the new orders list with failed orders. It also blocked spam bots from creating fake user accounts.
What it stops
The four things bots do to WooCommerce stores
Automated traffic tends to go after the same handful of forms. These are the ones this plugin covers.
Card testing on checkout
Bots run stolen card numbers through your checkout in bulk, leaving a trail of failed orders and gateway fees.
Fake customer accounts
Automated signups on your registration form, usually a prelude to spam reviews or comments.
Login guessing
Repeated attempts against your WordPress and My Account login forms with credentials found elsewhere.
Password reset floods
Reset requests fired at your customers’ addresses, filling inboxes with mail nobody asked for.
And so much more
Deliberately small, and easy to live with
One settings page, two keys and a handful of checkboxes. There is not much to it, which is rather the point.
Block and classic checkout
Works on the WooCommerce checkout whether you use the block or the older shortcode.
Light or dark theme
Set the reCAPTCHA box to light or dark so it sits properly against your checkout.
Follows your site language
The challenge language is set automatically from your site’s default language. Nothing to configure.
Per-form switches
Turn the challenge on for the checkout only, or for all seven forms. It is a checkbox each.
reCAPTCHA v2
The familiar “I’m not a robot” checkbox that most shoppers have seen before and know what to do with.
No paid version
Nothing held back for an upgrade, and no nag screens in your dashboard.

Would you rather your customers didn’t click anything?
reCAPTCHA asks shoppers to tick a box, and sometimes to pick out crosswalks. If you would prefer a check that usually happens in the background, our Cloudflare Turnstile plugin is the alternative. It is also free, and it covers a lot more forms.
