There are no fixed contracts, and you are never locked in. All plans are either month-to-month or annual, and can be canceled at any time without any cancellation fees. If you cancel, you’ll be able to safely recover your files and database.
If for any reason you wish to terminate your Plan, you can do so on written notice to us at [email protected] and we shall refund to you any Fees paid and cancel your plan, provided that such notice is received within 3 days of the date of your first payment. Otherwise, if you cancel you plan after 3 days of signup, no refunds will be provided.
