We will take 5 scans of your Website when hosted by your previous supplier (if any) via tools.pingdom.com from the location “London” and the fastest speed will be taken. Following the transfer of the Website to our Services and the completion of any initial requirements, including relevant optimisations, we will again take 5 scans of the Website and take the fastest speed. If the fastest speed through our Services is slower than the previous host’s fastest speed, we shall notify you accordingly, and within 10 days, we shall refund to you a pro-rata sum equal to a one month subscription to your Plan.
