Rest assured, you can rely on our hosting platform. We offer an “enterprise grade” service and are partnered with Linode at linode.com to provide your VPS hosting services and to keep your site safe.
If you were to host your own website with another provider, you would need to handle and take care of most of the hosting management side of things yourself, though we can help with some small tasks and fixes.
Additionally, several of the “security” and “hosting” services we provide would no longer be available, and would need to be dealt with by your hosting provider.
